This is a super easy recipe! It only requires 5 ingredients that I'm sure you probably already have on hand in your kitchen!! My family loved the recipe so much that we've already made it twice!
Wheat Free Butterscotch Bars

Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter
- 1 3/4 cup Sucanat
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups Spelt Flour
- White chocolate chips (opt.)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*F
Melt the butter and stir in the Sucanat. Add vanilla and eggs- mix well. Stir in the Spelt and once everything is well combined pour into a greased 9x13" pan. I used parchment paper as well which I greased with coconut oil. This way I didn't have any sticking problem!! Sprinkle with the optional white chocolate chips Bake at 350*F for 25 min or longer... I baked for about 33 min, but I was using a roaster oven and the heat likes to escape out of the top. :)
Let cool, slice, and enjoy!
Now go and make another one cause this one will not last long!!
